We retain rights in our methodologies, templates, and reusable tooling developed outside your confidential data, unless otherwise agreed in writing. You retain ownership of your data and grant us the limited rights needed to perform the services you request.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or services. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable Australian law, including consumer guarantees that may apply to certain supplies.

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Each party submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of courts exercising jurisdiction in Australia.
